How do I install Noddi?
Create a free account, add your website, and paste the one-line script before the closing </body> tag. The Feedback button appears on the next page load, and your dashboard confirms when it’s live.
Does it work with my framework?
Yes. Noddi is a single script tag, so it works anywhere you can add one: plain HTML, Next.js, React, Vue, Svelte, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify and more. The dashboard shows the exact snippet for each.
What does the widget collect?
Only what the visitor chooses to send — a message, an optional email, an optional screenshot or a star rating — plus the page address (without query strings), browser, operating system and screen size.
Does it use cookies or track visitors?
No. The widget sets no cookies and runs no analytics on your site. It only talks to Noddi when someone opens it or sends feedback.
Is Pro really a one-time payment?
Yes. Pro is a one-time $3 purchase with lifetime access and 1,000 messages every month. Nothing renews and there’s no subscription to cancel.
What happens if I hit the monthly limit?
The widget tells visitors the inbox is full until the month resets. Nothing you’ve already collected is lost, and you can upgrade whenever you like.
Can I open the widget from my own button?
