noddi.The simple ground rules.
These terms are an agreement between you and the independent developer based in Bahrain who builds and runs Noddi (noddi.lol) (“I”, “me”). By creating an account or installing the widget you agree to them. They are short on purpose; please read them.
What Noddi is
Noddi is a small widget that lets visitors to your website send you bug reports, feature requests, and ratings, plus a dashboard where you read, export, and delete that feedback. It is offered as-is for small products and independent makers.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for everything done through your account. Give accurate information, and tell me if you think your account has been accessed without permission.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the websites you install the widget on, and for having the right to collect feedback there, including any notices your visitors are owed under the laws that apply to you. Do not use Noddi to send spam, to collect data you are not entitled to, to upload malicious files, to break the law, or to try to reach anyone else’s data or disrupt the service. I may suspend or close accounts that do.
Your content
Feedback, screenshots, and project details are yours. You give me permission to store and process them only as needed to run the service for you. You can export feedback as CSV at any time. Deleting a message, a project, or your account is permanent.
Plans and limits
The Free plan includes 1 project and 30 feedback submissions per calendar month (UTC), and shows a small “Powered by Noddi” line in the widget. Pro is a one-time purchase of US$3 that gives lifetime access to up to 5 projects, 1,000 submissions per calendar month shared across them, and the Pro widget options. When a monthly limit is reached, new submissions pause until the next month; nothing already collected is lost. I may adjust limits for future customers, but I will not reduce what you have already paid for.
Payment and refunds
Pro is paid once, through Whop, in US dollars; Whop shows any applicable taxes at checkout and issues your receipt. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel. If Pro is not what you expected, DM me on X at @hamzadevO0 and I will look at a refund case by case. A refund ends Pro access and returns the account to the Free plan limits and branding.
Availability and changes
I work hard to keep Noddi online, but I cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. I may change or improve features over time. If I ever have to shut the service down, I will give at least 30 days’ notice on the website so you can export your feedback.
No warranty and limited liability
Noddi is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. To the fullest extent permitted by law, my total liability to you for anything arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid me, which is at most US$3. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
Ending things
You can stop using Noddi and delete your account at any time by DMing me. I may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if I am required to by law; where reasonable, I will let you export your feedback first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bahrain, unless the consumer-protection law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived, in which case those rights still apply.
